The Daily Fitchett

We're taking our blog in a whole new direction, inspired by the daily realities of cooking, cleaning, making music, making art, and making a living.  Included here are photographs from our travels, recipes from our kitchen, sound clips from Mark's album, interviews, photographs of events, scribbled notes and observations, snapshots of friends new and old.  It's about the journey, not the destination.  We hope you enjoy the journey with us.

The grandeur of Yosemite and surrounding territory is absolutely awe inspiring.  Just look at the scale height of the trees versus the height of Tara and Mark, pictured here. All the trees in Yosemite National Park and nearby areas seem to be as big - or bigger - than the ones here.
